Who we are

Student-led solidarity with people on the move

Sciences Po Refugee Help (SPRH) is a student association that supports refugees, asylum seekers, and displaced people. We pair on-the-ground action with rigorous documentation and advocacy, turning student energy into concrete help and lasting change.

Our mission

We believe higher education comes with a responsibility to act. SPRH mobilises students to defend the dignity and rights of people in migration — by being present where help is needed, listening to those directly affected, and holding institutions accountable. Everything we do is grounded in solidarity, not charity: we work with displaced communities, not simply for them.

What we do

Our work rests on three connected pillars that move from immediate support to lasting change.

01

Field support

We provide direct, practical help — distributions, language and orientation workshops, and accompaniment — alongside partner organisations and reception hubs.

02

Documentation

We gather testimonies and document conditions at borders and in reception settings, building a factual record that informs our reports and public statements.

03

Advocacy & awareness

We raise awareness on campus and beyond, organise events and publications, and push for policies that respect the rights of people on the move.
